But I will not leave of improves it, has in mind that I am learning to construct a lil site now.
I want to place singular guides of my server and links with the site of others. Very Happy
First i need all Site Adress of ALL servers.

Coming back to the topic: The caves that I to create in the sector world1x3y will have to be made in "caves" and "caves2"?
Or I will have to create in another file?

Correct, just make them in caves or caves2. You should have plenty of space to work with in there already.

"Darklings Battle field"

and more 0ne or two that have no history hehehhe
After o finshed all, i ll post here, but one thing is right, 'caves' and 'caves2' are lil for my imagination.

ohh

just click in the "spawn point" thead and add spawns that u want...

after u ll "create a new spawn" buton, an next select that spawn thing created and "add new". Click in the "..." to open "monsters.amb"...
just select ur dude monster heheh.

There is an access violation error message that comes up when I try and look at an area in world files but not in caves files. I updated to the latest server link in the main topic, which I was sure I had already done, but it still doesn't work. So far, I am getting someone to e-mail me their working sector file. Maybe the entire server package I downloaded just now is still not updated. (AkarraServer.rar)

Edit: The e-mailed ones that work for someone else do not work for me. Still, I can see the sector map but not click on it to view area maps like in caves. What am I doing wrong?

Edit x2: I fixed it by re-downloading the editor.

For now I seem to be okay. The only thing I'm wondering is the siginifcance of the different colored circles with letters in them when Draw Blocking is checked. I can guess what the white circles with Cs in them do, but the rest I haven't taken time to examine and test. If anything else somes up I'll ask you or Talonz.

Edit: Out of all the features I have encountered, the only thing left to learn seems to be the Basic Sprites as I was referring to them above. From what I can tell, I think the white crosses add lighting and the circles change the default attribute bestowed upon certain tiles. I understand that light passes over blue blocking and green blocking but is stopped by yellow blocking.

So I must ask: What is the significance of red blocking and what is the difference between green blocking and blue blocking? I can see that blue is water, but also it is used to let light pass over certain walls like those in shops.

And lastly, do some tiles, such as chandeliers, give off light on their own or do I need to add crosses to them? (I hypothesise that they do not need crosses added as I don't see any in the naturally lit areas.)

White = Anything can get through and you can see over
Blue/Green = Only flying or ethereal can get through and you can see over
Yellow = Only etheral can get through and you can't see over
Red = Nothing at all can get through and you can't see over

Yes, they are the same. That is because Syspurge, who built the areas in the beginning, didn't know that "ethereal" creatures weren't supposed to be able to float above water. After some discussions we decided to change that... which made N and F blocking types the same.
