|
|
Wondering if any knew them all. So far most of the weapon-type exclusive skills I've made have been for swords, daggers, axes, and spears, but now im trying to make one for crushing weapons. None of the older skills are crushing-exclusive, so i have no idea what the number for crushing weapons are... They seem random. Daggers are 1, swords are 80, spears are 8, and axes 384... Anyone know the hammer number..?
* - If you don't know what im talking about, its the number you put in "req value" when your making an effect have an equipment requirement. |

The numbers are bit flags. You can use use the Calculator in Windows to change between "decimal" and "binary" views and figure out the values that way. |

Just to make this easier, the weapon values are:
Daggers : 1
Small Crushing: 2
Large Crushing: 4
Spears: 8
Small Swords : 16
Staff: 32
Large Swords: 64
Small Axes: 128
Large Axes: 256
Shorbows: 512
Longbows: 1024
Crossbows: 2048
Slings: 4096
Throwing: 8192
If you want to make a skill that works for multiple weapon types, just add the values. For example, the skill for ranged weapons works for all bows, slings and throwing weapons:
512 + 1024 + 2048 + 4096 + 8192 = 15872 |

I was genuinely wondering if my guess was correct. It would save me a few extra minutes of fiddling with the healing spells that heal people with flowers held up in the air.
Once I get around to testing I will post my answer here if I remember to, since it might help someone else. _________________ If you turn a blind eye to any side of a discussion, if you disallow what may be and what actually is the truth, then you've no credibility whatsoever.
